Job Description

As the Deputy Manager of Performance Excellence, you will be responsible for designing and implementing enterprise-wide performance management frameworks that are aligned with the business objectives. Your role will involve driving KPI setting, goal alignment, and conducting performance reviews for both corporate and functional teams. You will collaborate with senior leaders to translate strategic priorities into measurable operational goals and identify performance gaps through root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, you will monitor and analyze business performance data to recommend process and system enhancements. In the Learning & Organizational Development (L&OD) domain, you will oversee the entire training lifecycle, including conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA), creating training content, delivering training sessions, and evaluating post-training effectiveness. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to drive functional and behavioral skill development programs while designing and delivering learning initiatives that are aligned with business needs and employee development goals. Managing vendor relationships and external facilitators to deliver specialized training modules will also be part of your responsibilities. Moreover, you should possess hands-on experience in change management, performance management, and leadership development, along with proficiency in instructional design, digital learning tools, and learning analytics. Your role will also involve leading OD interventions such as employee engagement, succession planning, performance management, and facilitating culture-building programs and change management initiatives across corporate teams. Utilizing data and analytics to measure the impact of OD initiatives and recommending improvements will be crucial in this role. In the area of Rewards & Recognition (R&R), you will design and manage programs that align with business outcomes and values, ensuring fairness, transparency, and consistency in recognition frameworks across corporate functions. You will be responsible for tracking the effectiveness and adoption of R&R programs through metrics and employee feedback. If you have a Master's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 7-9 years of experience in performance management, L&OD, and R&R, and possess the desired skills and qualifications, we encourage you to apply for this role based in Mumbai.,
