Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance Management Specialist located in Noida. We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who has successfully managed ₹10,00,000+ daily revenue from paid campaigns across platforms. The ideal candidate should combine analytical strength, creative ad testing, and business acumen to deliver scalable growth with efficient CAC. Qualifications 3+ years of proven experience in performance marketing for D2C/e-commerce brands. Strong command over A/B testing, campaign scaling, and ad optimization techniques. Understanding of sustainable / eco-conscious consumer brands. Hands-on experience managing ₹10,00,000+ daily revenue from digital ads. Create, test, and optimize ad creatives, copy, and funnels in coordination with the creative and brand teams. Analyze data, track performance metrics, and report actionable insights using Google Analytics, Meta Dashboard, and attribution tools (Mixpanel, AppsFlyer, etc.) Plan, execute, and optimize high-performance ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital channels to achieve targeted ROAS.
