Key Responsibilities: - Design and execute a robust performance management system that aligns with company objectives and employee career paths. - Develop, refine, and manage performance appraisal cycles to emphasize fairness, transparency, and actionable feedback. - Partner with leadership and managers to establish clear and measurable KPIs across roles, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy. - Facilitate goal-setting sessions to align individual, team, and organizational objectives. - Analyze performance management data to track trends, identify gaps, and propose actionable insights. - Collaborate with Learning & Development teams to design programs addressing skill gaps and fostering professional growth. - Stay updated on best practices in performance management, KPI building, and employee engagement to propose enhancements for continuous improvement. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). - 5+ years of experience in performance management or a similar HR role, with proven expertise in KPI development. - Strong knowledge of performance appraisal tools, KPI frameworks, and data analytics. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to coach and influence stakeholders at all levels. - Proficiency in HRIS and performance tracking software. - Experience in the design and build industry or corporate environments. - Familiarity with modern workplace trends such as flexibility, collaboration, and wellness.,
