The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads to generate leads, sales, and brand awareness. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: • Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. • Optimize campaigns daily to achieve the best ROI and conversion rates. • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and budget allocation. • Analyze performance metrics and prepare weekly and monthly reports. • Stay updated on the latest ad trends, bidding strategies, and platform updates. • Collaborate with the content and design team to create high-performing creatives and ad copies. • Implement tracking tools like Meta Pixel and Google Analytics to monitor campaign performance. ⸻ Requirements: • Experience in running Meta and Google Ads campaigns. • Strong understanding of CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and other performance metrics. • Ability to handle lead generation and e-commerce campaigns. • Familiarity with A/B testing and campaign optimization. • Excellent analytical and reporting skills. • Creative mindset with attention to detail. ⸻ Perks: • Opportunity to work on real client campaigns and enhance practical skills. • Learn and grow under experienced digital marketing professionals. • Friendly and collaborative work environment
