Role Overview

Performance Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

●     Plan, run, and optimize campaigns on Meta & Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping).

●     Monitor KPIs (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS) and deliver performance reports.

●     Monitor pacing, bid adjustments, and spend efficiency.

●     Manage budgets and ensure efficient spend allocation.

●     Build and refine targeting (remarketing, lookalike, custom audiences).

●     Keep track of new ad formats, algorithm changes, and platform updates on Meta & Google Ads.

Requirements

performance marketing / paid media buying

Meta Business Manager

●     Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, attribution models, and tracking tools.

Google Analytics (GA4)

●     Analytical mindset with strong Excel/Sheets skills.

●     Ability to manage multiple campaigns and optimize in real time.

●     Google Ads and Meta certifications are a plus.
