Performance Management Specialist

Role & responsibilities

• Strategize, execute, and optimize performance-driven ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) platforms to meet ROI and growth targets.
  
• Conduct deep audience research and segmentation to drive campaign relevance and lower CAC.
  
• Build creative and copy briefs, collaborate with designers/content teams, and run structured A/B tests.
  
• Own the end-to-end performance funnel from prospecting to retargeting and conversion.
  
• Analyze campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and other analytics tools to derive actionable insights.
  
• Monitor KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, CPL, CPM, and conversion rates daily and report to stakeholders with clear growth plans.
  
• Leverage pixel data, custom events, and retargeting strategies to maximize remarketing efficiency.
  
• Stay updated on Meta algorithm changes, best practices, and competitive benchmarks.
  
• Manage budgets and pacing across multiple ad sets, campaigns, and objectives simultaneously.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven track record of managing monthly ad spends of 50L+ on Meta with clear performance outcomes.
• Position is for a US based client shift timing would be based on that
• Healthcare indusry experience would be a bonus
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Events Manager, and campaign structure optimization.
• Familiarity with funnel design, lead magnets, landing page testing, and CRM integration.
• A strong grasp of creative strategy knows what type of content/copy converts across various ad objectives.
