Performance Marketing Executive

• Plan, execute, and optimize

  paid campaigns

  across Meta Ads, Google Ads,

  LinkedIn,

  YouTube

  , and other platforms.
• Manage campaign budgets, track KPIs, and ensure maximum ROI.
• Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to align ad messaging with brand goals.
• A/B test creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to improve performance.
• Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm changes, and new ad tools.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for clients and internal teams.
• Experience in PODCASTS is a win win!

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in

  performance marketing / paid media

  .
• Strong understanding of

  Google Ads (YOUTUBE important) , Meta Ads Manager

  , and analytics tools.
• Experience with

  conversion tracking

  pixel setup

• Analytical mindset with comfort using data to make decisions.
