Performance Management Specialist

About the Role:

Digital Marketing Expert

You will work closely with creative, media, and strategy teams to build and execute integrated campaigns that drive measurable business results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead digital marketing strategies across paid, earned, and owned media
• Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Oversee campaign budgeting, audience targeting, bidding, and A/B testing
• Track and report KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, SEMrush, etc.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to optimize messaging and assets
• Manage client communication, reporting, and campaign performance reviews
• Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm updates, and ad platform changes
• Optimize campaigns for conversions, ROAS, and lead quality
• Coordinate influencer or content partnerships when relevant
• Support brand strategy, digital audits, and new business pitches

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of experience in digital marketing within an advertising/digital/creative agency
• Proven track record of managing performance campaigns across platforms (Google, Meta, etc.)
• Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in campaign optimization
• Excellent understanding of SEO/SEM, PPC, Display, and Paid Social
• Experience using marketing tools: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Analytics, Data Studio, etc.
• Exceptional communication, reporting, and client-facing skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally with creative and strategy teams
• Up-to-date with latest digital trends and innovations
