Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving growth by identifying new business opportunities in Performance marketing & advertising , managing client relationships, and crafting winning pitches to secure new accounts. Need to work closely with creative, strategy, and account management teams to ensure our pitches align with client needs and vision. Key Responsibilities: ● Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential clients through research, networking, and industry events. Proactively seek new business opportunities across various sectors. ● Relationship Management: Build and maintain business relationships with potential and existing clients. Act as the main point of contact during the pitch process, ensuring clear communication and coordination. ● Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to help inform pitch strategies and identify new growth areas. ● Proposal Writing: Draft and deliver high-quality, persuasive proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the agency’s value proposition. ● Post-Pitch Follow-Up: Ensure timely follow-up and feedback collection after pitches. Work on refining and improving pitch strategies based on client feedback and outcomes. Key Requirements: ● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. ● 5+ years of experience in business development or sales in an advertising, marketing, or media agency. ● Proven success in developing and delivering pitches that result in new business wins. ● Strong understanding of advertising, marketing strategies, and industry trends. ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present confidently. ● Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. ● Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work well under pressure. ● Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and CRM tools.
