● 8-10 years of relevant experience in HRBP, or Talent Development roles.
● Demonstrated experience in a high-growth startup or fast-paced environment.
● Deep understanding of UAE labor law and cultural nuances.
● A strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability.
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
