Job Description : Power Curve Collections (PCC) Developer – 5+ Years

Position: Senior PowerCurve Collections (PCC) Developer

Experience Required: 5+ years (minimum 3+ years in PCC v2.x/v3.x)

Location: Remote

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM IST

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled PowerCurve Collections (PCC) Developer with deep hands-on experience in Experian PowerCurve Collections v2.x or higher, customizing workflows using PCC Studio, Page Designer, and PCC IDE. The role involves designing and implementing advanced collections strategies, UI enhancements using JavaScript, and integrating PCC with external systems using REST APIs.

Key Responsibilities

Design, configure, and customize Experian PowerCurve Collections (v3.x) for complex business requirements.

Develop/orchestrate collection workflows, strategies, treatment paths, and decisioning logic using PCC Studio.

Customize UI screens and client-side logic using JavaScript, HTML, CSS in Page Designer.

Build and manage RESTful API integrations with CRM, Core Banking, Payment Gateways, DWH, etc.

Use PCC IDE for advanced customization, debugging, and version-controlled deployments.

Write and optimize SQL / PL-SQL (Oracle) for data extraction, validation, and performance improvements.

Collaborate closely with architects, business SMEs, DevOps, and QA teams.

Support system upgrades, strategy changes, migrations, and environment promotion.

Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for production and non-production issues.

Contribute to CI/CD automation and deployment pipelines with Jenkins/Git.

Required Skills

5+ years IT experience with 3+ years in Experian PCC (v2.x/v3.x).

Strong hands-on knowledge of Studio, Page Designer, Connectivity, IDE.

JavaScript, HTML, CSS for UI extensions and validations.

Proficiency in REST APIs, JSON, SQL (Oracle PL/SQL).

Experience with collections strategy design and case management.

Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with PowerCurve Collections or PowerCurve Originations.

Background in Banking/NBFC/Financial Services (Collections domain).

Exposure to Linux, JBoss/WebLogic, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Ansible.

Knowledge of ETL/data pipelines and PCC upgrade lifecycle.
