ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Analyze and resolve client-reported incidents. Debug and troubleshoot issues in Java-based services interacting with T24, ensuring timely resolution in line with SLA commitments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Development, Infrastructure, DBAs) to resolve complex issues efficiently with effective stakeholder engagement. Ability to work under pressure and handle production critical issues. Demonstrate leadership potential, with a long-term path toward SME status in technology domains. REQUIRED SKILLS: BE/Btech candidate with 3–7 years of experience in core banking technical support or development, ideally with exposure to Temenos product or similar core banking platforms Strong hands-on experience with Core Java / Enterprise Java development.
