At Quick Clean, we’re reimagining laundry for hospitality and healthcare through our on-premise laundry (OPL) model. With 75+ clients across 36 cities, we’re scaling fast, powered by innovation, sustainability, and our people.

We’re looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our growing team and ensure smooth, accurate, and timely payroll management across our nationwide workforce.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees across multiple states.

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, TDS, gratuity, etc.).

• Maintain accurate employee records, salary structures, and payroll data.

• Partner with HR and Finance teams for reconciliations, audits, and reports.

• Handle employee queries related to salary, tax, and benefits with efficiency.

• Implement process improvements to enhance payroll accuracy and timeliness.

🔹 What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of payroll experience (multi-location, multi-state preferred).

• Strong knowledge of Indian payroll laws, statutory compliance, and tax regulations.

• Hands-on experience with payroll software (e.g., GreytHR, ADP, SAP, or similar).

• High attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and confidentiality.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
