Job Description: Customer Success & Inside Sales Manager CTC - 6-8 LPA Location: Gurugram, India Department: Sales & Business Development Reporting to: Chief Growth Officer Role Overview: The Customer Success & Inside Sales Manager at Quick Clean will serve as the first point of contact for potential hotel and hospital clients. This role is responsible for virtually engaging with prospects, effectively communicating Quick Cleanâs value proposition, qualifying interest levels, and setting up meetings for the on-ground business development team. The role is both strategic and executional â ensuring we maintain a strong pipeline of well-qualified leads that convert faster. Key Responsibilities: ⢠Conduct outbound calls, emails, and virtual pitches to potential clients (primarily in the hospitality and healthcare sectors) ⢠Clearly communicate Quick Cleanâs unique âZero Capex On-Premise Laundryâ model and sustainability value proposition (e.g. ReWeave 360) ⢠Qualify prospects based on defined parameters (scale, category, decision-making authority, etc.) ⢠Schedule and coordinate qualified meetings with the Business Development team ⢠Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system ⢠Work closely with the Marketing team to tailor messaging and track engagement with campaigns ⢠Regularly follow up on warm leads and support movement through the funnel ⢠Ensure a positive and professional brand image in all prospect interactions ⢠Track and report lead qualification metrics, meeting conversion rates, and key objections Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Qualified Meetings Scheduled,25â30/month Lead-to-Meeting Conversion Rate,⼠20% CRM Accuracy & Reporting Compliance,100% Response Turnaround Time,Within 24 hours Internal Handover Effectiveness,100% with context note before BD call Qualifications : ⢠Bachelorâs degree in Business, Hospitality, or Communications (MBA preferred but not mandatory) ⢠2â4 yearsâ experience in inside sales, customer success, or client engagement roles ⢠Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi ⢠Proven ability to pitch over phone/video and build quick rapport ⢠Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho/HubSpot/Salesforce) ⢠Prior experience in B2B SaaS, Facility Management, or Hospitality is a plus What Success Looks Like: A strong inside sales engine that ensures Quick Cleanâs BD team is only engaging with highly qualified, interested decision-makers â reducing sales cycles and improving conversions.
