Payroll Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Process employee payroll on a monthly basis

· Calculate wages, deductions, bonuses, Insurance and overtime

· Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (e.g., PF, ESI, TDS)

· Maintain and update payroll records and employee data

· Handle payroll queries and resolve discrepancies

· Generate payroll reports for management and audits

· Collaborate with HR and Finance teams for seamless operations

· Stay updated with changes in labor laws and tax regulations

· Proficiency in MS Excel, ppt and word

· Excellent analytical, communication, and writing skills

Education: MBA (Finance)

Experience: 8-10 Years

Skills : ·Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset

· Ability to work independently and in teams

· Time management and

· Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., ADP, SAP, Zoho Payroll)

· Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy

· Ability to manage confidential information

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Time management and organizational abilities
