Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Pastry Chef to join our team in the Hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 10-14 years of experience and be based in Mumbai.

Roles and Responsibility

Prepare and cook high-quality pastries, cakes, and desserts for various events and functions.
Develop new recipes and menus to keep up with current culinary trends.
Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring minimal waste and optimal costs.
Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Ensure all food products meet quality control measures before serving.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Pastry Chef in a reputable establishment.
Strong knowledge of pastry-making techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and exceeding customer expectations.
