About the role:

Key Responsibilities

• Partnership Management:

  Build and nurture long-term relationships with spiritual guides and thought leaders on the platform.

• Negotiation:

  Engage with potential and existing partners to negotiate session formats, pricing, and revenue-sharing agreements.

• Performance Tracking:

  Monitor and analyze partner performance across group and personal sessions; ensure achievement of revenue and retention targets.

• Growth & Retention:

  Drive revenue growth from assigned partner portfolios while maintaining partner retention.

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, and operations) to ensure smooth execution of sessions and initiatives.

• Strategic Inputs:

  Identify opportunities to enhance partner engagement and propose initiatives to improve platform value for both guides and participants.

• Reporting:

  Maintain accurate records of partner interactions, contracts, and performance metrics.

Who We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 2-4 years of experience in partnerships, account management, or business development (experience in wellness, edtech, or digital platforms is a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust-based relationships.
• Proven negotiation and contract management skills.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in using data to track performance and drive decisions.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple partner accounts simultaneously.
• Passion for spirituality, wellness, or self-growth is highly desirable.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, startup environment.
