About the job:

Key responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential users to explain how SoulSensei works 2. Support users in booking their private sessions by sharing time slots and confirming availability 3. Follow up with users to encourage conversion to paid sessions 4. Coordinate with our spiritual leaders to ensure smooth scheduling and attendance 5. Ensure both parties join the call as scheduled, and assist if any issues arise 6. Manage daily operational workflows tied to internal processes. 7. Help maintain clear documentation of processes, SOPs, and internal guidelines. 8. Collect and organize feedback after each session 9. Maintain clear and updated Excel/Google Sheets records of all user interactions and tasks 10. Communicate clearly and compassionately in both English and Hindi

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Hindi

Friendly, empathetic, and confident on the phone

Ability to manage dynamic situations

Organised and comfortable using tools like Google Sheets, Excel, or project

management platforms

Willing to work part-time on weekends, depending on session schedules
