The Manager, Paid Search serves as the day-to-day steward of paid search media for assigned brands, overseeing campaign strategy, execution, and optimization. This role is responsible for driving performance through data-driven insights, innovative search activation, and collaboration across teams and partners.We are looking for an organized, analytical, and proactive problem-solver. You’ll work across a diverse portfolio of clients and industries, contributing to some of the agency’s most dynamic and performance-driven campaigns.
Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include
Campaign Management & Optimization
- Plan, build, and manage paid search campaigns across Google, Microsoft, and other key platforms.
- Conduct keyword research, ad copy development, and campaign structuring to align with business objectives.
- Monitor pacing, budgets, and bids to ensure delivery and performance goals are met.
- Proactively identify optimization opportunities through data analysis, search query insights, and A/B testing.
- Manage and QA campaign implementation to ensure accuracy and performance tracking integrity.
Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.
- Develop clear and compelling reports with strong data visualization and strategic recommendations.
- Support the team in monthly billing, reconciliation, and campaign actualization.
Collaboration & Communication
- Partner closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture by fostering open communication, knowledge exchange, and shared accountability for results.
- Present campaign strategies, optimizations, and performance results to internal teams and clients in a clear, confident, and solutions-oriented manner.
- You will be working remotely in EST hours.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Economics, or related field preferred.
- 1+ years of hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
- Experience with bid management platforms such as SA360, Marin, or Skai.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with AI-driven campaign tools (e.g., Performance Max, scripts, automated bidding).
- Excellent organization, communication, and time-management skills.
- Collaborative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced agency setting.
