ROLE OVERVIEW: We are seeking a Paid Search & Performance Marketing Manager to own planning, activation, and optimization of search and commerce campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, YouTube, Amazon Ads, and other retail media networks . The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on — capable of crafting performance frameworks, managing budgets, and turning data into decisions. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team working with creative, data, and client partners to deliver business growth for multi-market brands. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead end-to-end management of paid search campaigns across Google, Bing, and retail media platforms. Develop full-funnel search strategies covering keyword planning, bidding, audience segmentation, and ad copy testing. Manage Performance Max, Shopping, Dynamic Search, and YouTube for Action campaigns to drive qualified traffic and sales. Deploy automated bidding, scripts, and feed-based optimization to improve CPC and ROI. Integrate conversion tracking and event data (GA4, GTM, Floodlight, Conversion API) to ensure accurate measurement. Collaborate with the creative and analytics teams to align media performance with brand narratives and consumer insights. Analyze performance data, generate insights, and present weekly/monthly performance reviews to clients. Pilot emerging search ecosystems (Amazon Ads, TikTok Search Ads, AI-driven retail networks) to stay ahead of market trends. Support cross-channel initiatives with the social and commerce teams to maximize synergy between paid search and paid social. REQUIREMENTS: 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing multi-platform paid search campaigns (agency or brand side). Proven record of optimizing large-budget accounts. Expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Search Ads 360, GA4, and Merchant Center. Working knowledge of Amazon Ads, retail media networks, or marketplace ads preferred. Strong understanding of tracking, attribution, and data-layer setup (GA4, GTM, Floodlight). Proficiency in Excel/Sheets and dashboard tools (Data Studio, Looker Studio, or Power BI). Excellent analytical, communication, and client presentation skills. Google Ads / Bing Ads / SA360 certification preferred.
