Paid Search Manager

As an experienced SEM Manager, your role will involve planning and buying across Search platforms, with a focus on building and optimizing campaigns. You will have the opportunity to work with some of the most exciting brands in the market and contribute to the growth of the agency. Key Responsibilities: - Build and develop your own approach to paid search media buying, as well as guiding DeltaX's approach - Lead a team in executing paid media campaigns across Paid Search, ensuring industry-standard best practices are followed - Continually optimize ad accounts to deliver the best results for clients - Manage client relationships and collaborate with other team members - Contribute to the growth and structure of DeltaX's paid search media team, including training and up-skilling the wider team Qualifications Required: - Experience in managing multiple search campaigns simultaneously - Strong verbal and written communication skills, strategic planning abilities, and project management skills - Ability to multi-task, self-driven, and proactive in nature - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and collaborating across multiple departments - Team player with the ability to quickly adjust priorities, confidence in numbers and data analysis, and attention to detail - Good working knowledge of MS-Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint - Google AdWords Certification would be a plus About DeltaX: DeltaX is a Data-Driven Digital Advertising Platform that enables Agencies and Advertisers to effectively plan, design, buy, track, attribute, and report ad campaigns across various media channels.
