About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and driven Outreach Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will manage and execute outreach efforts through multiple platforms to drive client acquisition, build brand presence, and support content-driven lead generation strategies. If you're skilled in communication, content coordination, and campaign execution, we'd love to connect with you.


Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition (Emails & Cold Calls):

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients via email, LinkedIn, and calls.
  • Draft professional and personalized outreach messages.
  • Track and manage campaigns and responses through CRM tools.
  • Conduct timely follow-ups to nurture interest and convert leads.

YouTube Video Strategy & Integration:

  • Assist in content planning, coordination, and publishing of YouTube videos.
  • Work with editors and marketing to ensure brand consistency.
  • Link videos to the website, blog, and other channels as part of an integrated strategy.

LinkedIn Management:

  • Schedule and post content on the company page.
  • Engage with industry groups and potential leads.
  • Manage responses to outreach efforts and page interactions.

Blog Creation & Marketing:

  • Draft engaging, relevant blog content.
  • Ensure blogs are SEO-optimized and linked to services or campaigns.
  • Coordinate blog distribution via newsletters, LinkedIn, and the website.

Integrated Marketing Coordination:

  • Ensure all marketing assets (videos, blogs, posts, emails) are linked to drive leads.
  • Track content performance across platforms and report results.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Strong writing skills for content, communication, and campaigns.
  • Experience using LinkedIn, email, and phone outreach for lead generation.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, YouTube Studio, Google Analytics.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organization and follow-up habits.
  • Experience using outreach/marketing tools or CRM systems is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a creative mindset.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in digital marketing, content strategy, or video coordination.
