ob Summary:

The Outlet Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a Cake World outlet. This role ensures smooth functioning of the store, maximizes sales, maintains high standards of customer service, manages staff, controls inventory, and ensures compliance with hygiene and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:1. Sales & Customer Experience

  • Drive outlet sales to meet or exceed monthly targets.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and handle customer feedback/complaints effectively.
  • Implement upselling and promotional strategies.

2. Staff Supervision

  • Manage daily staff scheduling, attendance, and shift planning.
  • Train, motivate, and monitor team performance.
  • Ensure staff grooming, discipline, and customer interaction meet company standards.

3. Inventory & Stock Management

  • Maintain accurate stock levels of products and raw materials.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and minimize wastage.
  • Coordinate with the purchase and kitchen teams for timely stock replenishment.

4. Store Operations

  • Ensure the outlet is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
  • Manage POS operations and daily cash handling.
  • Ensure timely opening and closing of the outlet.

5. Quality, Hygiene & Safety

  • Monitor food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards as per FSSAI guidelines.
  • Oversee product quality, freshness, and shelf display.
  • Ensure compliance with all operational SOPs and safety regulations.

6. Reporting & Coordination

  • Submit daily sales, stock, wastage, and petty cash reports to the head office.
  • Coordinate with central kitchen, logistics, and marketing teams.
  • Maintain records of customer feedback, staff issues, and maintenance logs.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in F&B/Retail outlet management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of inventory control, billing systems, and hygiene practices.
  • Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or Business Administration (preferred).

Work Environment:

  • 6-day working week, including weekends and holidays.
  • Long working hours (typically 10–12 hours per day).
  • Fast-paced and customer-centric environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

  • Morning shift
