Job Description

Outbound Marketing & ABM Specialist


Location: Ghitorni, South Delhi (Near by Metro)

Working Days - 5

Key Responsibilities


Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and execute multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, etc.) targeting ideal customer segments
  • Implement 1:1, 1:Few, and 1:Many ABM motions aligned with sales targets


Clay Utilization:

  • Build and refine workflows in Clay to automate lead sourcing, firmographic/technographic enrichment, intent signal detection, and outreach sequences
  • Use Clay’s AI agents to conduct prospect research and generate personalized messaging at scale.


Campaign Execution & Optimization:

  • Segment and manage prospect lists; execute A/B testing for outreach effectiveness
  • Monitor campaign metrics (open, response, conversion rates), iterate rapidly, and surface insights to sales and RevOps.


Cross-functional Alignment:

  • Work closely with Sales, SDRs, RevOps, and Product Marketing to align on ICPs, target account lists, and messaging.
  • Enable SDRs/AEs with campaign assets, call-out triggers, and nurture pathways


Reporting & Measurement:

  • Develop dashboards to track outbound and ABM KPIs (pipeline generated, deal velocity, account penetration) .
  • Translate data into strategic recommendations to refine tactics and improve results.


Required Experience & Skills

  • 3+ years in B2B outbound marketing, demand generation, or ABM—ideally within SaaS or tech environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Clay or equivalent platforms (Sweetspot, n8n, etc.), ideally with a Clay certification or equivalent training.
  • Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, etc.)
  • Strong data analysis skills and comfort with reporting tools.
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills for persona-specific outreach.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a dynamic environment.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience implementing ABM at scale using Clay.
  • Familiarity with AI research-driven workflows and data enrichment models
  • Track record of pipeline contribution through automated lead generation systems.
  • Technical aptitude for building and optimizing outbound stack components (scrapers, enrichment, Salesforce integrations).
