Job Description

Job Summary

TDF - The Diamond Factory is seeking a detail-oriented

Order Executive

to manage, track, and report on all jewellery orders across departments. The role focuses on order ageing resolution, reporting, coordination, and ensuring timely closure of new, repair, and delayed orders while maintaining transparency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Order Management Ageing Resolution

Maintain and
resolve ageing of goods
across all three order departments
Regularly follow up with internal teams to close ageing and pending orders
Ensure timely movement and closure of orders as per defined timelines

Order Reporting Documentation

Compile and maintain
store-wise Order Summary Reports
Prepare
Cancelled Orders Reports
with detailed reasons and supporting data
Compile, verify, and update
Repair Order Summary Reports
Maintain accurate records for new, repair, and cancelled orders

Delay Tracking Follow-ups

Maintain a
Delay Order Checklist
for all delayed orders
Track delays with
valid reasons and approvals
Coordinate with concerned departments to minimize order delays

Coordination Communication

Coordinate with stores, production, repair, and logistics teams
Act as a single point of contact for order-related queries
Escalate critical delays or discrepancies to seniors in a timely manner

Data Accuracy Compliance

Ensure data accuracy in all order-related reports
Maintain proper documentation and audit-ready records
Follow company SOPs for order processing and reporting

Required Skills Qualifications

Experience in
order processing / order management
(jewellery industry preferred)
Strong knowledge of Excel and reporting formats
High attention to detail and follow-up skills
Good communication and coordination abilities
Ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines

Preferred Experience

2-8 years of experience in jewellery, retail, or manufacturing order management
Exposure to diamonds, gold, or repair order workflows is an advantage
