Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain

  Ideal Stock vs Budgeted Stock reports

• Monitor stock movement and ensure optimal stock availability
• Plan and manage

  stock replenishment

  for gold and uncut jewellery
• Coordinate purchase requirements based on sales trends and inventory levels

• Review existing products and identify gaps or improvement areas
• Prepare

  Good Design reports

  for gold and uncut jewellery
• Create

  collection-wise and concept-wise performance reports

• Identify

  hero products

  collection-wise
• Support

  new product development

  based on market trends and feedback

• Coordinate with the

  marketing team

  for product launches, campaigns, and exhibitions
• Support sourcing activities for gold and uncut jewellery
• Align merchandising plans with business and marketing strategies

• Conduct regular

  store visits

  to understand product performance and display
• Visit exhibitions and trade shows to study trends, competitor products, and customer preferences
• Share visit insights and reports with internal teams

• Prepare periodic merchandising reports for management
• Analyze sales, stock aging, and product performance
• Provide actionable insights for improving sales and inventory turnover

• Experience in

  merchandising (gold/diamond/uncut jewellery)

• Strong understanding of jewellery collections, concepts, and design trends
• Good analytical and reporting skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Willingness to travel for store and exhibition visits

• 2-5 years of experience in jewellery merchandising
• Experience working with diamonds, gold, or uncut jewellery brands
