Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Source and identify reliable vendors and manufacturers as per Coco Stores product categories.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely deliveries.
Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor offerings to support buying decisions.
Negotiate pricing, terms, quantities, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
Prepare and place purchase orders in coordination with the merchandising and planning teams.
Ensure products meet Coco Store’s quality, design, and brand standards.
Track order status, follow up on production timelines, and resolve supply-related issues.
Coordinate with quality, logistics, and warehouse teams for smooth inward processes.
Monitor inventory levels and support replenishment planning to avoid overstock or stock-outs.
Maintain accurate records of vendor details, pricing, contracts, and purchase data.
