Site Merchandiser, International
We are seeking a detail-oriented and digitally savvy Site Merchandiser to manage and optimize online content using Amplience CMS. The ideal candidate will have experience working with content management systems—particularly in headless CMS environments—and a strong sense of digital merchandising, content placement, and performance.
This role requires fluency in English and the ability to collaborate effectively with international stakeholders across marketing, product, UX, and development teams.
1. Content Planning Execution
Manage and publish content using headless CMS across multiple digital storefronts.
Coordinate planning and execution of product launches, promotional campaigns, and seasonal refreshes.
Ensure accurate and timely deployment of assets, banners, product content, and modules.
2. Site Merchandising Optimization
Curate landing pages and homepages to drive engagement and conversion.
Optimize site structure based on performance data.
Maintain consistency in tone, branding, and layout across all digital touchpoints.
3. CMS Technical Oversight
Leverage headless CMS capabilities to deliver structured, scalable content solutions.
Partner with developers to test, troubleshoot, and implement technical enhancements related to site merchandising.
Ensure all content is SEO and AEO friendly and aligned with digital best practices.
4. Collaboration Communication
Work cross-functionally with marketing, UX, design, analytics, and regional teams to deliver cohesive digital experiences.
Liaise with international teams to localize content and tailor merchandising strategies by market.
5. Data Performance Monitoring
Use analytics tools to track content and campaign performance.
Recommend data-driven improvements to layout, content hierarchy, and merchandising strategy.
Strong understanding of how digital content, e-commerce, marketing, and product teams collaborate to drive commercial objectives.
Solid grasp of industry trends, competitor offerings, and the broader digital retail landscape.
Experience Skills
4–6 years of experience in a digital merchandising or CMS content role.
Strong hands-on experience with Amplience or similar CMS (headless CMS experience preferred).
Knowledge of digital content architecture, structured content, and modular publishing.
Nice to Have
Experience in e-commerce, retail, or lifestyle brands.
Familiarity with SEO principles and tools (e.g., Google Search Console).
