Role Overview: As a Graphic Designer with 2-3 years of experience, your role will involve utilizing your skills in Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator, Word, and Excel to create visually appealing designs. Your strong attention to organization and detail, along with your self-motivated approach, will ensure high-quality output. A solid understanding of fabrics, colors, textiles, and promotional products will be beneficial in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Motivate to acquire and learn sufficient knowledge of services, processes, products, and terminology to support customers and answer inquiries - Complete assigned projects according to specifications to meet the needs of internal and external customers - Communicate effectively one-on-one with clients and employees at all levels, present information to large and small groups - Increase work pace to meet deadlines when necessary - Adapt to different personalities and work situations, while demonstrating respect for internal and external personnel - Recognize and respond appropriately to problem situations, and correctly diagnose and effectively communicate the causes of problems - Participate and contribute to any team project Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree - Strong skills in Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator, Word, and Excel - Self-motivated and self-managed approach with a high degree of analytical and problem-solving ability - Solid priority management and time management skills - Team-oriented approach to problem-solving - Knowledge of fabrics, colors, textiles, and promotional products - Drawing or graphic design skills Additional Details: Graphics/printing industry experience is a definite plus.
