Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a techno-functional consultant for

    Oracle HCM modules

    , providing end-to-end support across implementation, customization, integration, and production support.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements, ensuring alignment with HR processes and organizational objectives.
  • Provide hands-on configuration and technical expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as

    Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Compensation, Talent Management, Performance Management, and Recruiting

    .
  • Design and develop custom reports, integrations, and extensions using

    BI Publisher, OTBI, HDL (HCM Data Loader), HCM Extracts, and Fast Formulas

    .
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other enterprise systems (ERP, Payroll, Finance, etc.).
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve system issues while maintaining system performance and data integrity.
  • Lead system upgrades, patching, regression testing, and ensure smooth transitions.
  • Provide training, knowledge transfer, and support to HR and technical teams.
  • Drive process improvements by leveraging Oracle HCM best practices.


Must-Have Skills

  • 12–15 years of

    Oracle HCM techno-functional experience

    with at least

    2–3 end-to-end implementations

    in Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Strong expertise in

    HCM Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, and Compensation

    .
  • Hands-on experience with

    HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI reports, and Fast Formulas

    .
  • Strong technical knowledge of

    integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services)

    with other enterprise systems.
  • Ability to manage

    requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, development, and testing

    independently.
  • Excellent understanding of

    HR business processes, policies, and compliance

    .
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to engage business and technical stakeholders.


Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Exposure to

    Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) HCM

    .
  • Knowledge of

    Security Console, Role-based access, and Approvals (BPM/Workflow)

    in Oracle Cloud HCM.
  • Experience working with

    global HR processes

    in a multinational environment.
