Job Title: Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant Location: Remote (India) Work Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST Employment Type: Full-time / Contract Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Redwood UI, VBCS/VBS, OIC, BI/OTBI, Fast Formulas, and Groovy scripting . The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementation, configuration, enhancement, maintenance, and support of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, ensuring seamless integration and customization to meet business needs. Key Responsibilities: Configure and customize Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Core HR, Talent, Learn, Absence & OTL, Payroll, etc.). Develop and maintain Redwood UI applications for enhanced user experience. Design and implement VBCS (Visual Builder Cloud Service) / VBS (Visual Builder Studio) solutions. Develop and optimize Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, and BI/OTBI reports . Write and maintain Groovy scripts for business rule automation. Implement Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for seamless HCM integrations. Provide techno-functional support for Oracle Fusion HCM, troubleshooting issues and optimizing performance. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions. Support extended hours and weekend deployments as per project needs. Mandatory Skills: ✅ Primary: Redwood UI customization & development VBCS (Visual Builder Cloud Service) / VBS (Visual Builder Studio) Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for HCM integrations BI Publisher / OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) reporting Fast Formulas & HCM Extracts Groovy scripting for business rules ✅ Secondary (Module Expertise – Any 1 Required): Core HR Talent Management Learn (Learning Management) Absence & OTL (Time & Labor) Payroll FDI (Flexible Data Import) Work Timings & Support: Standard Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST Extended & Weekend Support: Required based on project demands Compensation: Competitive salary (ORC - Recruitment process applies) Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years of Oracle Fusion HCM experience (Techno-functional role) Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and in a team Show more Show less
