Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant

As an Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant, your primary responsibility will involve implementing, configuring, enhancing, maintaining, and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM modules. Your expertise in Redwood UI, VBCS/VBS, OIC, BI/OTBI, Fast Formulas, and Groovy scripting will be crucial in ensuring seamless integration and customization to align with the business requirements. Your key responsibilities will include developing and maintaining Redwood UI applications, designing and implementing VBCS/VBS solutions, optimizing Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, and BI/OTBI reports, writing Groovy scripts for business rule automation, and implementing Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for HCM integrations. Additionally, you will provide techno-functional support for Oracle Fusion HCM, collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, and deliver scalable solutions. Being available for extended hours and weekend deployments as per project needs is essential. Mandatory skills required for this role include expertise in Redwood UI customization & development, VBCS/VBS, OIC for HCM integrations, BI Publisher/OTBI reporting, Fast Formulas & HCM Extracts, and Groovy scripting for business rules. Additionally, proficiency in at least one of the following modules is required: Core HR, Talent Management, Learn (Learning Management), Absence & OTL (Time & Labor), FDI (Flexible Data Import). You will be expected to work standard hours from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST, with extended and weekend support based on project demands. The compensation offered for this position is competitive and will be determined through the ORC recruitment process. The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 5 years of Oracle Fusion HCM experience in a Techno-functional role, possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and demonstrate the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,
