Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the implementation of

  Oracle Fusion HCM

  modules.
• Act as liaison between

  HR business users and IT/technical teams

  .
• Configure, customize, and maintain

  Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Compensation, and Talent Management

  modules.
• Design and develop

  Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, BI/OTBI reports, and HDL data loads

  .
• Analyze business requirements and recommend

  best-practice Oracle Cloud HCM solutions

  .
• Manage enhancements,

  patch testing, regression testing, and UAT

  activities.
• Build and support

  integrations

  using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and other tools.
• Ensure

  data integrity, security compliance

  , and resolve production issues promptly.
• Provide

  user training, functional documentation

  , and serve as

  SME

  for HCM applications.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4+ years

  of experience in

  Oracle HCM Cloud (Techno-Functional)

  roles.
• Hands-on expertise in

  Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Compensation, and/or Talent modules

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI, and HDL

  .
• Experience in

  data conversion, integrations (OIC, Web Services), and security roles setup

  .
• Proficiency in

  SQL / PL-SQL

  for data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of

  end-to-end HR processes (Hire-to-Retire lifecycle)

  .
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  

• Oracle Cloud Certification

  preferred but not mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Oracle HCM Cloud Certification in

  Core HR or other modules

  .
• Experience in

  Agile / Scrum methodologies

  .
• Involvement in

  23 full-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations

  .
• Exposure to

  global HR compliance (GDPR, SOX, etc.)

  .
