Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant to work on Oracle Cloud HCM modules, combining deep knowledge of business processes and technical expertise. The ideal candidate will be responsible for system configuration, enhancements, reports, and end-to-end implementations. Key Responsibilities: Work as a techno-functional SME for Oracle Fusion HCM modules including: Core HR Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) Talent Management Absence Management Payroll (if applicable) Design and configure Oracle HCM Cloud applications per business requirements. Develop and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) , HCM Extracts , BI Publisher , Fast Formulas , and REST/SOAP APIs . Customize and build reports using BI Publisher , OTBI , and HCM Data Loader (HDL) . Collaborate with functional and business teams to gather requirements and translate them into solutions. Perform unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Support go-live activities, post-production support, and user training. Troubleshoot system issues and provide resolution within SLA. Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and support runbooks. Required Skills: 5–10+ years of experience with Oracle HCM applications (at least 3+ years in Fusion HCM Cloud). Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Tech Tools : HCM Extracts, OTBI, BI Publisher, HDL, Fast Formulas, OIC. Knowledge of data conversion , integration , and interface development . Strong understanding of HCM data structures , workflows, and approval processes. Experience in Fusion HCM implementations and upgrades. Solid understanding of SQL and PL/SQL for data extraction and troubleshooting. Knowledge of REST and SOAP-based web services. Preferred Skills: Oracle HCM Cloud certification(s). Prior experience in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) . Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies. Background in HR business processes and best practices.
