Desired Candidate Profile Proven Business Development Expertise: Candidate should possess a strong track record of successfully identifying, pursuing, and closing BPO deals. This includes experience in lead generation, proposal development, and contract negotiation within the BPO industry. Should be adept at understanding client business challenges and translating them into viable BPO solutions. Deep Understanding of the BPO Landscape: Candidate should have a comprehensive understanding of various BPO service offerings (e.g., customer service, technical support, back-office processing), industry trends, competitive landscape, and pricing models. Strong Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effectively engaging with potential clients, presenting proposals, and negotiating contracts. Candidate should be able to articulate complex BPO concepts clearly and persuasively, tailoring to different audiences. Experience : Should have minimum 2 years relevant experience in BPO Business development.
