We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) consultant with specialized expertise across Core Human Resources, Benefits, Recruiting, and Payroll.
Responsibilities
The SME will play a pivotal role in advising stakeholders, leading solution design, and ensuring successful configuration and deployment of Oracle HCM Cloud. This position requires both strategic advisory capabilities and hands-on functional implementation Responsibilities :
- Serve as the functional SME for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, with emphasis on Core HR, Benefits, Recruiting and Payroll modules.
- Lead business process workshops, gather requirements, and translate them into scalable Oracle Cloud HCM solutions aligned with best practices.
- Configure, test, and deploy functionality within
- Core HR : Workforce structures, global HR compliance, employee lifecycle management, and position management.
- Benefits : Plan design, eligibility profiles, enrollment processing, and administration of global benefits programs.
- Recruiting : End-to-end requisition management, candidate experience, offer process, and integration of Recruiting Booster capabilities.
- Payroll : Payroll definitions, costing, fast formulas, compliance, and pay processing across multiple geographies.
- Provide guidance on security roles, compliance requirements, and integration with ERP/Finance systems.
- Collaborate with technical teams on data migration, interfaces, and reporting (OTBI, BI Publisher, HCM Analytics).
- Develop functional specifications, test scripts, training materials, and support knowledge transfer activities.
- Conduct impact analysis for Oracles quarterly update cycles and ensure readiness for new features.
- Advise leadership on Oracle HCM roadmap and emerging features, including Oracle ME, HCM Analytics, and Activity Qualifications :
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM with expertise in Core HR, Benefits, Recruiting, and Payroll modules.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience in configuration, testing, and deployment of Payroll (including fast formulas, costing, and compliance).
- Strong knowledge of Benefits administration, including flexible plan designs, eligibility rules, and life event processing.
- Proven functional expertise in Recruiting, including requisition management, candidate management, and Recruiting Booster capabilities.
- Comprehensive understanding of Core HR processes : workforce structures, position management, employee self-service, and global HR compliance.
- Proficiency in HCM reporting tools including OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM Analytics.
- Oracle Cloud HCM certification(s) strongly Skills :
- Experience with Oracle ME (My Experience) modules : Connections, Journeys, Communicate, Celebrate, Grow, Touchpoints, and HR Help Desk.
- Familiarity with Oracle HCM Analytics for predictive insights and workforce KPIs.
- Exposure to Time & Labor, Absence Management, or Compensation modules.
- Experience with hybrid Agile/Waterfall implementation methodologies.
