Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Oracle Field Service Cloud Engineer with 3-8 years of experience in Oracle Field Service Cloud SaaS Implementation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in CORE OFSC functionalities and integrations with end-ticketing/work order management systems.

Roles and Responsibility

Implement and configure Oracle Field Service Cloud solutions for clients.
Design and develop integrations with end-ticketing/work order management systems such as Fusion CX B2B Service, OSvC, JDE, etc.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of Oracle Field Service Cloud solutions.
Provide technical support and training to clients on Oracle Field Service Cloud functionalities.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Field Service Cloud implementation.
Develop and maintain documentation of Oracle Field Service Cloud implementations.

Job Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Field Service Cloud SaaS Implementation.
Hands-on experience in CORE OFSC functionalities like role/screens, Activity Scheduling, and Quota/ Capacity Management.
Experience in integrations with end-ticketing/work order management systems.
Understanding of Product/Inventory catalogues and sync functionalities.
Exposure to Message Scenarios/OIC Setup.
Good communication skills for direct interactions with clients.
A consultant should be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
