UI/UX DESIGNER - JD Job Title: UI/UX Designer Experience Level: 2+ Years Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka Job Type: Full-time Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 2+ years of experience to craft seamless, visually engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator etc), Figma, and have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to bring intuitive designs to life and enhance user satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Conduct user research, create user personas, and define user journeys. To Design UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets. To Test UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages. Requirements: 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, etc. Strong understanding of wireframing, prototyping, and user research methodologies. Should have Working knowledge of the related technologies and software that include Sketch, InVision, iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with Figma, Sketch, or other design tools is a plus. Basic knowledge of Framer, Webflow, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects. Should be Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks. Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment. Familiarity with motion graphics or animations for interactive elements is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in designing for mobile and web applications. Key Responsibilities: Database Management: Deploy, optimize and maintain MongoDB, Redis, SQL and ClickHouse databases for high availability, scalability, and performance. Monitor database health, optimize queries, and ensure data integrity and backup strategies. Implement replication, sharding, and clustering strategies for distributed database systems. Implement database security best practices, including authentication, encryption, and access controls. Automate database provisioning and configuration Containerization & Orchestration: Deploy and manage Docker containers and Kubernetes clusters across multiple environments. Automate container orchestration, scaling, and load balancing. Implement Helm charts, operators, and custom Kubernetes configurations to enhance deployment efficiency. Security & Compliance: Enforce RBAC, IAM policies, and security best practices across infrastructure. Perform vulnerability assessments and manage patching strategies for databases and containers. Proficiency in Linux administration, networking, and system performance tuning. Deep understanding of cloud security principles, including encryption, authentication, and compliance. Knowledge of GCP and their managed Kubernetes services (GKE,). Security-first mindset, with experience in RBAC, IAM, and security hardening. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with service mesh architecture (Istio) and API gateways.
