We are looking for an Oracle C2M Business Analyst with strong experience in full-cycle C2M implementations and a deep understanding of customer-to-meter and meter-to-cash business processes. The role requires excellent functional skills to gather, analyze, and document requirements, translate them into functional design specifications, and support the configuration, testing, and rollout of the Oracle C2M product. The candidate will be responsible for conducting requirement workshops, preparing process flows, supporting SIT and UAT cycles, creating training materials, and assisting in change management. This role demands proven ability to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams and provide best practice guidance in leveraging Oracle C2M’s delivered functionality across Customer Care, Billing, and Meter Data Management.

Position Requirements

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Customer Care & Billing processes (meter-to-cash, service agreements, billing, payments, credit/collections).
  • Conduct requirement workshops with business stakeholders to validate needs and define solution scope.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and design documents (FDS) for the technical team.
  • Map customer-to-meter and meter-to-cash processes to C2M functional modules, ensuring alignment with delivered functionality.
  • Support fit-gap analysis, solution design, and functional configuration of Oracle C2M.
  • Create use cases, test scenarios, and test scripts, and support SIT and UAT cycles.
  • Collaborate with developers, testers, and solution architects to ensure alignment with requirements.
  • Provide end-user training materials and support change management during go-live and post-implementation.
  • Act as the functional SME for C2M during project delivery and production support phases.
  • Candidate should have a strong background in implementing Oracle CC&B (Customer Care & Billing) and C2M/CCS solutions across Power Generation, Transmission, and Distribution for Electric, Gas, and Water services. 

Must Have Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF).
  • Proven experience in C2M administration including batch framework, usage transactions, and meter data management.
  • Strong functional expertise in Oracle C2M modules (Customer Management, Billing, Meter Data Management, Usage Calculation, VEE).
  • Deep understanding of customer-to-meter and meter-to-cash processes in the utilities industry.
  • Experience in end-to-end Oracle C2M implementations, including design, configuration, and testing.
  • Hands-on ability to create functional design documents, use cases, and process flows.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical teams.
