You will be joining Global BIFS Academy as an Operations Team Lead based in Nagpur. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee daily operations, manage a team, and ensure customer satisfaction. In addition, you will handle various operational tasks, analyze metrics to enhance performance, and maintain effective communication with team members and stakeholders.
