Shift Timings: 12:00 PM 9:30 PM (Mon to Fri)

Transport: 2-way cab provided within boundary limits

Max CTC: Up to 8.5 LPA (Up to 30% hike on current CTC; Final offer based on past salary, experience & interview performance)

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners to Max 2 Months Only

About the Role:

Dear candidate's our company is currently hiring for Operations Team Leads (U3 Level) to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. You'll be leading a high-performing team of 8-10 associates (U1s/U2s), ensuring operational excellence for international client processes, with direct engagement with stakeholders from the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of 810 associates to deliver against KPIs and SLAs.

Handle day-to-day operations including team management, performance tracking, and escalations.

Work closely with internal stakeholders and UK-based clients to ensure service delivery and client satisfaction.

Prepare and maintain regular performance reports and dashboards using Excel and optionally Power BI.

Manage key operational metrics such as KPI, KRA, SLA adherence, Shrinkage, Attrition, and overall team performance.

Foster a positive team culture and drive employee engagement and growth.

Must-Have Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Team Lead on papers managing international voice or non-voice processes.

Experience in directly managing UK or US clients (or other native English-speaking regions) as a Team Lead.

Strong working knowledge of Excel for reporting and dashboards (Power BI exposure is a plus).

Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).

Strong people management, leadership, and performance coaching abilities.

Proven track record in managing and improving SLA, KPI, and team productivity metrics.

Must be currently residing in Hyderabad, Telangana.

Must be able to join within 060 days (Immediate joiners preferred).
