About This Role
The Operations Specialist will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless execution of operational processes that support partner and internal team objectives. This role involves managing contracts and data workflows, preparing high-quality reports, coordinating partner deliverables, supporting events, and driving cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.What You Will Be Doing
- Manage end-to-end operational workflows, including contract processing and data management across internal platforms.
- Prepare accurate and insightful operational and performance reports for stakeholders.
- Coordinate the creation and delivery of partner assets in collaboration with internal teams.
- Support the planning, logistics, and execution of events, ensuring smooth delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement projects and process improvements.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and system updates to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency.
About You
- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
- Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in operations, business coordination, or process management.
- Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or service-driven industries preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Airtable or similar workflow tools is an advantage.
