Job Description

As a Crane Worldwide Logistics team member, you will be responsible for handling daily Air Export shipments and their operations. This includes creating Jobs in TMF for every shipment before execution, following up with CHA and transporter, and maintaining and implementing daily planning for shipments. Additionally, you will accrue all vendor costs incurred at house & Master level, send billing instructions to the billing desk within the agreed TAT, and update & maintain shipment DSR on a daily basis. You will also dispatch all invoices to the shipper as per the agreed SOP, make Airlines bookings, perform ASI, track gate passes and balance, do SDC in the Air India Site, and monitor Milestones & KPIs. Qualifications required for this role include knowledge of the Import/Export industry (preferred), interpersonal skills necessary to communicate effectively with both clients and internal personnel, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and being career-oriented, hard-working, and a quick learner.
