Job Advertisement Operations Executive Location: Mumbai Company: The Bucket List Travel Company Employment Type: Full-time About Us The Bucket List Travel Company is a young entrepreneurial company, and since mid-2022 we have been crafting unforgettable safari and experiential travel journeys across East Africa and beyond. Our target segment is an HNI, earning over Rs. 1.0 Crore per annum and a deep interest in unique & authentic wildlife safari experiences. Our team is passionate about delivering once-in-a-lifetime travel experiences, with a strong focus on attention to detail, personalized service, and seamless coordination. We have an office both in Mumbai, India and Nairobi, Kenya. As we grow, we’re looking for an Operations Executive to join our dynamic team and play a vital support role in supporting our sales representatives and ensuring operational excellence. The Role This is a hands-on, coordination-heavy role ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, organizing details, and being the go-to person that keeps things running smoothly. You’ll be supporting the sales team by coordinating with agents and suppliers, managing quotes and logistics, tracking costs, and ensuring our clients receive the exceptional service we’re known for. Key Responsibilities Assist the sales team in compiling safari packages by coordinating with local agents, lodges, guides, and transport providers. Use Microsoft Excel to manage costings, build pricing sheets, and track client payments Gather and organize quotes, confirmations, and booking details from multiple suppliers. Maintain operational trackers and ensure all logistical elements are aligned before client travel. Prepare final documents and handovers (itineraries, vouchers, confirmations) for sales to deliver to clients. Support with CRM updates, invoice tracking, and client folder management. Follow up with suppliers on pending bookings and ensure timely responses to the sales team. Help collect post-trip feedback and testimonials to assist with quality control and marketing. Who We’re Looking For 1–3 years of experience in an operations role, Freshers with the skill set listed can also apply. Strong Microsoft Office skills , especially Excel (you must be comfortable using formulas and organizing data). High level of numerical accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent communication and coordination abilities. Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple moving parts. Familiarity with travel industry components is a strong plus but not necessary. Experience with CRM systems is an added advantage. Why Join Us?
