We are currently seeking an Operations Executive to join our passionate team and contribute to operational excellence. As an Operations Executive at The Bucket List Travel Company, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales representatives by coordinating with local agents, lodges, guides, and transport providers to compile safari packages. Your responsibilities will include gathering and organizing quotes, confirmations, and booking details, maintaining operational trackers, preparing final documents for clients, managing CRM updates, and ensuring smooth logistics for client travel. The ideal candidate for this hands-on role should possess strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and excellent communication and coordination skills. While prior experience in an operations role is preferred, freshers with the required skill set are also encouraged to apply. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is essential, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Familiarity with the travel industry and CRM systems is an advantage but not mandatory.
