Job Overview We are looking for a Cluster Manager to lead operations across multiple Z Vacations properties. This role demands strong leadership, on-ground problem-solving, and the ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences. If you are passionate about hospitality, can inspire teams, and thrive in dynamic environments, this opportunity is for you. What You’ll Do Ensure smooth daily operations across vacation properties. Resolve on-ground challenges with quick, logical decision-making. Lead and motivate property teams to deliver outstanding service. Interact with guests directly, addressing needs and ensuring satisfaction. Drive field sales efforts to boost occupancy and revenue. Conduct property inspections to maintain top-notch standards. Manage vendor sourcing and relationships for supplies and services. Track P&L, revenue, and expenses for financial accountability. Maintain a 4.8+ guest rating through consistent quality service. Identify operational gaps and proactively implement solutions. Daily, Weekly & Monthly Responsibilities : Daily: Supervise property operations, guest interactions, and SOP adherence. Weekly: Conduct team training, financial reviews, and property audits. Monthly: Analyze revenue performance, control expenses, and design growth strategies. Who You Are 3+ years of experience in operations, sales, or customer service. Proven track record of leading teams of 15+ people. 1+ years of B2C field sales experience. Strong knowledge of vendor management & sourcing. Excellent communication skills in English and the local language. Flexible to travel frequently and work extended hours if required. Own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler for field mobility. Educational background in Hotel Management, BBA, or MBA (Operations/Hospitality) is a plus.
