With over $100 Mn funding from Nexus Venture Partners, IDFC Alternatives, and Mirae Asset, we are rapidly growing. Role in detail - Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs in electrical, plumbing, and civil areas. Manage vendor relationships, including onboarding and coordination for various services. Handle ticket resolution by attending to maintenance requests from tenants promptly. Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure safety and functionality. Respond to emergencies and resolve any critical maintenance issues. Working days - 6 Days
