Civil Engineer

• Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities on-site, ensuring they are executed in line with approved plans, specifications, and project timelines.
• Ensure that work is being carried out safely and in compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures, ensuring the highest quality standards are adhered to on site.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure the construction work complies with all technical requirements and safety standards.
• Monitor and enforce site safety protocols to minimize the risk of accidents and ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations.
• Manage and coordinate the activities of the civil engineering team, sub-contractors, and other personnel on site.
• Provide leadership and guidance to junior staff and assist with their development.
• Liaise with other departments, such as engineering, procurement, and planning, to ensure project milestones are met.
• Monitor and report daily/weekly progress of civil works to the Project Manager.
• Assist in the preparation of progress reports, identifying any issues that could affect project deadlines or budget.
• Ensure that materials and equipment are available and efficiently utilized to avoid delays.
• Maintain up-to-date records of work progress, daily logs, and reports.
• Assist with the preparation and submission of as-built drawings and other project documentation.
• Identify potential issues or delays on-site and take proactive measures to resolve them.
• Work with the project team to find practical solutions to technical challenges encountered on the site.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
