Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to join our team at Wings Global Services. This full-time position is based in Thane, Kalyan, or Mumbai. As an Operations Manager, you will be pivotal in overseeing supply chain, inventory, and logistics management, ensuring smooth operations and efficient processes. You should hold an MBA and possess experience in managing distribution and dispatch of products, underpinned by adept supply chain management skills.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven 3-5 years of experience in overseeing the supply chain, logistics management, and inventory control (Mandatory skill).
• Strong competence in managing the distribution and dispatch of products, ensuring timely delivery.
• Possession of an MBA with a focus on operations, business administration, or a related field.
• Required expertise in supply chain management to streamline processes and optimize operations.
• Ability to analyze operational data and translate insights into actionable improvements and strategies.
• Excellent leadership skills to manage team dynamics and drive performance in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with the capability to address complex operational challenges adeptly.
• Proficiency in utilizing technology to enhance process efficiency and accuracy across operations.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire supply chain process including procurement, inventory control, and logistics operations.
• Develop and implement strategies for efficient distribution and dispatch of products to clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct regular reviews of logistics and operational processes to identify and rectify inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to harmonize operations and foster seamless supply chain integration.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain high standards of quality and service delivery.
• Lead and mentor a team of professionals, nurturing a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Liaise with vendors and clients to build partnerships and enhance service delivery metrics.
• Prepare detailed reports for senior management, outlining operational achievements and areas for improvement.
