Key Responsibilities • Responsible for the overall operations of the company's online store, including product listing, inventory management, order processing, and shipping coordination. • Develop, implement, and optimize e-commerce operational processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. • Manage the customer service team, handling pre-sales and after-sales issues, ensuring response times and a positive customer experience. • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns, expand sales channels, and improve conversion rates. • Analyze data (sales, traffic, returns, customer feedback, etc.), create reports, and propose improvement plans. • Identify and manage suppliers and logistics partners to ensure a smooth supply chain. • Manage inventory and warehousing, ensuring inventory accuracy and timely replenishment. Requirements • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in e-commerce, business management, operations management, or a related field. • At least 6-8 years of e-commerce/online store operations experience, including at least 2 years of management experience. • Familiarity with platform operations such as Shopify/WooCommerce/Amazon/Flipkart; understanding of the basic processes of online payments, logistics, and customer service. • Ability to use data tools (such as Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, Excel/Sheets, BI tools, etc.) to monitor key metrics and make decisions. • Strong project management skills, able to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously. • Strong customer focus and communication skills. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. • Fluency in English; the ability to communicate in Hindi or the local language is a plus. ⸻ Compensation & Benefits • Performance-based bonus system. • Standard company benefits such as annual leave and sick leave. • Professional training and career development opportunities. • Ability to work from home if remote/hybrid working is available. • Clear promotion paths for those who demonstrate outstanding service (e.g., Director of E-commerce Operations, Regional Operations Head, etc.).
